Africa Precious Metals Refinery & Depository Hub
Entebbe, Uganda • Mining, Minerals Refining, Secure Storage

Overview
A regional backbone for responsible gold refining and trade
The Africa Precious Metals Refinery & Depository Hub is a proposed integrated minerals infrastructure anchored in Entebbe, Uganda. The project is designed to formalize and upgrade East Africa’s gold value chain by combining refining, secure storage, regulated trade, training, and power generation within one ecosystem.
The hub aligns with international compliance frameworks including OECD, ICGLR, and LBMA standards. It supports artisanal and commercial miners, enables transparent mineral flows from Uganda and neighboring countries, and positions Uganda as a trusted gateway for refined gold exports to global markets.
